The EP(DZJ) series vibratory pile hammer with adjustable eccentric moment are jointly developed by the Beijing Institute of Construction Mechanization, Japan Co., Ltd and our company together. The DZJ series products won the first grade scientific and technical progress prize of the Construction Machinery in 1999 and have been ranked in science and technique result spreading item. It exported to Japan and was named to be the epoch vibratory pile hammer. What's more, the DZJ series products also have been tested and evaluated by the Japan Construction Department(now the Japan Territory Department), and to be ranked the new technique spreading used products.
The main features of the driver are to change eccentric moment through hydraulic control. It can freely adjust the moment from "zero"to the max moment when the hammer starting, operating and stopping.
Compare to the tradition vibratory pile hammer, this hammer has strong advantages, they are:
1) This hammer can start without eccentric moment, solve the problem of current hammer driver which need huge electric power when it start with eccentric moment.
2) This hammer realize the zero starting and zero stopping, solve the problem of resonate caused by the current hammer driver when it starting and stopping with eccentric moment, avoid the problem of the noise pollution and damage other equipment or component caused by the resonate.
3) The eccentric moment can be adjusted when the hammer driver operating, to suit request of different sink and raise pile in different soil, to achive the best sink and raise pile speed and efficiency.
4) The vibration exciter of large vibratory pile hammer used horizontal structure, the gravity center of whole machine is low, and stability is high, the height of whole machine is highly reduced by using trabeated style vibration reduction system.
