EP Electrically Driven Vibratory Hammer series
EP electrically driven vibratory hammer series are new developed products by our company and Institute of Building Mechanization Beijing Academy of Building Research in conjunction with Japan Eiko Kogyo corporation. It was honored the first-class of Science-Technology Progress Award of Ministry of Construction and promoted the transformation of achievements of technology. In addition, export-oriented products were praised by Japanese customers as "the New Generation Vibratory Pile Hammer."
The most unique feature of EP series hammer with the resonance-free motor is eccentric moment infinite control. It enables to easily control the eccentric moment setting it from 0 to maximum value. The superiorities of this series have been proved below through comparing with traditional hammer.
- Despite frequent stoppage and vibrational impact the electric drive is subjected to low load and therefore does not overheat. Low torque during the start and end of operation decreases energy consumption.The vibratory hammer design eliminates vibration and overcome the problem of resonance at the start and end of operation. This reduces the damage of parts and avoids negative impact on the environment. The hammer allows to choose the working mode through the eccentric moment infinite control depending on the soil features.The adoption of horizontal structure for large vibratory hammer reduce the their centre of gravity to improve the stability. This reduce the overall height, equipped with crossbeam style of damping system.
